Effective July 23, 2026 · Kilwins Delray Beach employee messaging program

1. Program description

Kilwins Delray Beach (operated by EW Sweets LLC) sends its employees one-time login codes and work-schedule notifications (shift published or changed, time-off decisions) via Dayvera, its workforce software. This is an employment program for the stores' own team members only — no marketing or promotional messages are ever sent.

2. Opting in

You opt in inside the Dayvera app, signed in as yourself, by actively checking an optional consent box that is unchecked by default. The exact wording is reproduced on our SMS program page. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase, is not required to use Dayvera or to receive in-app notifications, and is not combined with accepting these terms. You may withdraw it at any time in the app or by replying STOP.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your work schedule — typically a few messages per week.

4. Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Kilwins Delray Beach does not charge for messages.

5. Opting out

Text STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and nothing further. Text START to re-subscribe.

7. Privacy

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Carriers

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address.
