Kilwins Delray Beach uses Dayvera, an employee scheduling, time-clock, and payroll-preparation platform, for its employees (together with Kilwins Key West, operated by Endless Sweets Key West LLC).

What we collect

Employee work information needed to run the workplace: name, contact details (including mobile number), work schedules, time punches, and pay-related records. This information is provided in the course of employment.

Text messaging

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent are used solely to deliver the employment notifications described on our SMS program page — login codes and work schedule notifications from Kilwins Delray Beach. No marketing messages are sent.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform (hosting, SMS delivery), under confidentiality obligations.

Retention & access

Employment records are retained as required by law. Employees may review their own information in the app or contact their manager to correct it.
